Studio Group X by Steel Physique provides personal training to those needing that one-on-one attention. Develop muscular strength, endurance, core stability and flexibility through specialized training from one of the expert master trainers. Studio Group X Personal Trainers are nationally certified professionals with expertise in specialty training. Each personal training package begins with a consultation, fitness assessment, goals analysis, and exercise prescription. Personal training focuses on developing specific skills and reaching personal fitness and/or weight loss goals through customized training sessions and meal plans. Studio Group X values building relationships with clients by empowering them with the tools necessary to establish a lifestyle that is healthy and full of vitality.
Policy
There is a 3-Month minimum commitment required.
All personal training packages must be purchased in full for the 1st month before beginning program.
There is a 24-hour cancellation notice policy otherwise client is charged for the scheduled session
If a 24-hour cancellation is made, the personal training session will be made up within the same week.
No Refunds.
No shows are charged for the non-attended session without a 24-hour notice.
Clients with pre-existing health issues must be cleared by his/her physician before beginning program.

The Party of Six Small Group Personal Training Package is perfect for those who want the personal attention of a trainer with the support of a small group of friends. If you are going solo, we will be happy to place you in a group that fits your schedule.

commitment. If a personal training session is missed, the session may be made up during another time-slot that the Party of Six is offered. An individual has until the end of the 3-month commitment to make up the missed classes. No extension will be made beyond the 3-month commitment.
